Fees

You do not have to pay your fees all at once as our fees are payable by installment. When you instruct us to act as your representative we will invoice you for 25% of our professional fees which is payable upon signing your agreement with us.

When we receive your first payment we will begin the process of preparing your formal Statements of Advice and the Required Documentation given your individual circumstances. This is a very important step as it takes into account your individual circumstances and sets the foundation upon which your application is based.

We will then work with you to gather and check the accuracy of the required documentation to make your application.

When your application is nearing ready for lodgment we will invoice you for your application fees charged by the Department of Immigration.

How We Work

Your first contact with us will usually involve a discussion regarding your eligibility and how we can help you. We guarantee that we will only take on your case where we have determined you meet the requirements of Australian Migration Law. If you decide to use us you will need to fill out our Engagement Agreement and submit it to us.
