Terms and Conditions – Seeking Sponsorship
- We will represent you to our network of recruitment consulting partners and prospective employers looking to sponsor oversees employees.
- You will be included in our ongoing advertising and publicity campaigns to highlight your candidacy for employer sponsorship.
- We will assist with your prospective employer sponsor shall you be made an offer for employer sponsored migration and act as your representative to the Australian Department of Immigration if you choose to appoint us as your representative to make a visa application on your behalf.
- Global Migration Partners reserves the right to terminate services without refund should you not disclose all relevant information or if you are found to have been misleading or fraudulent in your details provided to us.
- You consent to the disclosure of your qualification/s or relevant work experience to third parties for the purpose of obtaining employer sponsored migration to Australia.
- You consent to your information being disclosed to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship for the Purposes of lodging an Expression of Interest for Employer Sponsored Migration.
- The Seeking Sponsorship service that is provided to you is to assist you with finding Sponsorship for migration to Australia, GMP has not offered a guarantee that you will be offered a sponsorship position with a prospective employer.
- An eligibility assessment fee may be payable in certain circumstances. Any fees payable will be notified to you for your approval prior to any work beginning on your behalf.
- Seeking Sponsorship package is provided by GMP (ABN: 74672562835).
