We provide our clients with full disclosure of all fees and charges and provide clients with a comprehensive Service Agreement for signature before beginning any work on your behalf.

We operate trust accounting bank accounts for our clients’ money. This means that we are prohibited by Australian law from accessing fees that you pay to us unless we have completed the service for you as per our agreement.

We comply strictly with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct which details the professional and ethical standards for Registered Migration Agents. A copy of the code of conduct can be downloaded below:
